THE CONDITIONS OF RENTING THE CABIN

• The one who rents should obey the conditions of the agreement and shouldn’t pass the payment day

• The payment should be sent through the bank or should be paid by cash
• Prices are exclusive of VAT
• Our tours are weekly.
• The yatch must be ready and clean with all of its qualities for the delivery day.
• In case of occuring any mechanic problem during the tour, Tum Tour will exterminate the problem in 24 hours. If Tum Tour can not remove the problem he will accept  changing the yatch with a different one which has minimum the same qualities.
• The beginning and the end of the tour should be at the same place. If its not, extra money will be requested for the day loss and the oil.
• If the customer wants to change the program during the tour, firstly he will take the permission of tum tour and he will accept to pay for the extra oil and harbor costs.
• The captain is free to change the route according to the sea and the weather conditions.
• Our prices in a standart yatch are decided as, (4 cabins/8 cabins, shower for each cabin and toilette are standarts)  in a cabin for two,for one,full pension for a week+tea time,VAT included.
• Our cabins are for two  and it’s not suitable for three person.
• Ýf the customer wants to stay as a single in a cabin, he should pay extra % 50 money.
• The drinks (alchol and non-alchol) and the transfers are extras.
• Its requested significantly that not to bring any food and drink (with alchol and non-alchol) from out of the yatch.
• Beside the breakfast and tea time,nescafe and turkish coffee are extras.
• In our yatch during a week our menu can be changed according to the seasonal vegetables and fruits.
• According to the customer choise land tour will be extra.
• Tum tour will pay for the food, the water, oil and harbour costs.

Payment Conditions
%50 of the total price should be paid on the signment day of the agreement.
And the second half (%50) should be paid one week before of the beginning day of the tour.

The Conditions Of Cancelling the Tour
The cancels which requested 30 days before the beginning date of the tour, the first payment will be returned completely.
The cancels which requested  between 15 and 30 days before of the beginning date, %25 of the total price  will be returned.
The cancels which requested 15 days before the beginning date of the tour. There will be no return.

Yacht Charter Conditions

If you think renting one of our yatch, please read the information below carefully, fill the form which is in the part of reservation and send or reach us through e-mail or fax. .  Our customer service will examine your request and respond you with the most suitable answers for the tour that you wish. we agree for all the conditions of the tour, our customer service will send you the formal papers of the agreement. Please send us your flying details 10 days before the tour. We can also help you for the transfer.   

The conditions of renting private yatch

Our prices are all inclusive
The rent of the yatch, the salary of the crew and the service, oil for sailing maximum 3 hours during tha day, yatch laundry, duvet cover- towel costs, the water for the yatch, harbor costs, the costs of getting out from the harbor, taxes, air conditioner for 8 hours with the boats which has air conditioner.

Not included in the price
Food, drinks, VAT, transfer, the cost of extra sailing, the cost of the harbors which are not in the program, land tours, tip, the cost of the territorial waters of greek, water sports ( water skiing, jet ski… )
